Pre-construction

  • Presence of all survey pegs on site is to be ensured by client before the construction starts else variation charges might apply for client to pay.
  • SINGH HOMES reserve right to cancel any job prior construction and after contract due to any unforeseen circumstances. If SINGH HOMES cancel any contract, then full refund of 5% contract amount Which is paid by client will be Refunded within 30 days by SINGH HOMES.
  • Adding any change after working drawings will result in bearing cost and time extension for House construction. Which Will Be Minimum One Week For Kind Of Change.
  • Any wrong information provided by customer which in case leads to any loss or extra cost to Singh Homes must be beared by client.
  • If the client intends to or installs any item is preferred to be installed after the Handover and moreover SINGH HOMES does not undertake any responsibly regarding assembling, installation or any defect or Maintenance of Such Item.
  • Any information provided by SINGH HOMES to Client in the form of quotation or any thing regarding SINGH HOMES is complete responsibility of client. The owner is responsible for any unauthorized access of information, disclosure or use it Forpersonal interest other than with SINGH HOMES. SINGH HOMES can take necessary action in such cases.
  • Any changes after final working drawings will result in variation fee of minimum $1000. After contract preparation any changes in plan or colour selection may result in variation fee of $2500.
  • Any feature as seen in display may not be included in clients plan and quotation, many things in display are for decorative purpose and subject to wish list. Please Consult Via Written Communication WithSINGH HOMES sales consultant in case of any confusion.
  • Energy rating assessment will be done after all final working drawings and Final colour selection. Any additional cost to maintain the energy rating will be added as a variation to be charged to client.
  • The Quotation and Contract is subject to soil test, survey by supervisor. Any additional requirement in any situation from above may lead to variation addition.
  • Cost may incur if plans are not approved by developer and they ask for some changes which might increase cost, then cost be added as variation to client quotation.
  • The Quotation provided by Sales Consultant is not checked by local council or any other authorities and it is only for information and does not signify the final amount.
  • The client is responsible for providing the clear access necessary to site. There should not be any grass or Garbage the Day Singh Homes Start The Construction Work. Construction Work Start on the day we do set out.
  • In case of Home and Land Packages, any pricing detail is subject to change in case of Corner lot or any such condition.

Construction

  • During construction, due to reasons Like (Measurements, Specifications, Unforeseen Circumstances &Non Availability Of Item Or Material) customers must select the item from same category only or if item is not available in the same category customer must pay the difference in cost due to upgrade.
  • Adding any changes while construction is not allowed And If Any Changes Happen That may end up in delay in project and extra Variation cost to be paid by Customer.
  • Our construction practices are complied with BUILDING CODE OF AUSTRALIA but being a Custom builder, we might have some unforeseen things during any construction process for which we have developed some provisions of code which are fully approved by building Surveyor. But This Does Not Mean to Improvise The Quality And Workmanship.
  • If Client choose to hire a private building inspector, then they should inform during the contract process and inspector visit should only take place once supervisor completes his inspection and allows external inspection.
  • The location of joints in splashback or any stone may be due to practical adjustment and SINGH HOMES does not take any responsibility for such thing.
  • Clients are not allowed to visit Site under construction without being under the supervision of SINGH HOMES Supervisor.

Initial Deposit

  • Initial deposit paid by client is non-refundable in any condition as it covers efforts of Sales Consultant’s including file documentation and Quotation preparation.
