    TERMS & CONDITIONS — MODERN LUXE FREE FACADE PROMOTION

    The promoter is Singh Homes Pty Ltd ABN 72 138 208 385, 31 Longford Road Epping VIC 3076 Australia.

    1. To participate, customers must register their home with Singh Homes and pay the required initial payment.
    2. This promotion is only valid for Plato and Serenity Double Storey Knockdown Rebuild (KDRB) home designs.
    3. This offer applies to: • The Modern Luxe Façade applied to Knockdown Rebuild Double Storey Serenity or Plato homes.
    4. The cost of the Modern Luxe facade is $0 and included in the price of the home.
    5. This promotion is valid for Victorian residents who finalise and sign off on all sales-related paperwork with Singh Homes Pty Ltd to build a new home in the state of Victoria within 60 days of paying the initial deposit. This includes the finalisation and sign-off of the design concept plan within the timeframe allowed by Singh Homes Pty Ltd.
    6. This promotion is only available for Knockdown Rebuild projects located within Singh Homes Pty Ltd’s designated Knockdown Rebuild (KDRB) build regions in Victoria, including North, Southeast, West and Geelong. Eligibility is subject to the project site falling within Singh Homes Pty Ltd’s applicable KDRB build perimeter at the time of initial payment and contract execution as determined by Singh Homes Pty Ltd.
    7. This promotion is only available for Knockdown Rebuild projects where: • demolition of the existing dwelling is scheduled to occur by 1st April 2027, and site commencement is by 1st July 2027. Singh Homes Pty Ltd reserves the right to request evidence of demolition timing to confirm eligibility for this promotion.
    8. This promotion can be withdrawn at any time by Singh Homes Pty Ltd and cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash.
    9. This promotion applies to Singh Homes home designs and customer-requested plan modifications may be permitted at Singh Homes Pty Ltd’s discretion. To remain eligible for this promotion, the promotional façade selected under this offer must remain unchanged and cannot be substituted, exchanged, transferred, redeemed for cash or credited toward alternative upgrades.
    10. This promotion is only valid if formal finance approval is provided at Contract stage.
