Terms & Conditions – Lap of Luxury Offer

1. This promotion is valid for Plato and Serenity Series Homes only.
2. To participate, customers must register their home with Singh Homes and pay the required deposit:
   • $0 initial deposit for Single Storey Homes (Plato Series).
   • $2,000 initial deposit for Double Storey Homes (Plato Series).
   • $5,000 initial deposit for Serenity Series Homes.
3. Customers must finalise and sign all sales documentation within 21 days of paying the deposit to remain eligible.
4. Eligible land must be titled or anticipated to be titled within 6 months of contract signing.
5. The promotion is only valid if loan approval is provided at Contract stage.
6. Offer applies strictly to one promotion per home and cannot be combined with any other Singh Homes offers.
7. The promotion is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash or credit.
8. All inclusions apply as per the Lap of Luxury Single Storey ($8,888 pack) and Double Storey ($10,888 pack) specifications, as well as the Serenity Life of Luxury Pack ($14,888). Alterations to floor plans or structural changes may incur additional costs and could affect promotional availability.
9. Refrigerated cooling included as part of the offer is based on:
   • Single Storey Homes – Daikin 14KW unit with up to 8 points.
   • Double Storey Homes – Daikin 20KW unit with up to 13 points.
   • Additional points or unit upgrades may incur extra costs depending on house design and size.
10. Double glazed windows are included as per plan (sliding doors excluded). Any Low E or Lightbridge glass requirements will be charged separately.
11. Flooring: Laminate and carpet from Singh Homes standard range, as per plan.
12. Any additional requirements requested by land developers will be charged to the client.
13. Singh Homes reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cease this promotion at any time without notice.
