We are open for business with our construction process going in same way as earlier. Our dedicated sales team is available in displays only by appointment. However, you can contact through email, phone or video calls on all 7 days from 9am – 5pm. We are working with full dedication to keep the door to your dream home open during this situation also.

Singh Homes Response to COVID-19

We hope you all are taking well care of yourselves by maintaining social distancing and avoiding unnecessary travels. We really appreciate the Healthcare workers, Doctors, Nurses and Leaders who are working hard to cope with the situation. Our heart and thoughts go to all those impacted by these unprecedented circumstances. We are trying to be on date during these timings but health of our employees, clients and trades is the most priority for us.

If you are our current client then your house construction is still going on...

If you want to build with Singh Homes, then we have our consultants who can advice you regarding floor plans, customization, pricing and quotations. You can contact us through fixed appointments, emails, phone or video conferencing.

As per the latest guidelines, display home will be open only for private appointments and you can contact any of our sales consultant whose details are given at the end. Following adheres has been applied by Singh Homes as a part of stage 3 lockdown:

• Our private display meetings will adhere to strict social distancing rules and all hygienic etiquette to be followed.
• Colour Gallery can be visited under strict social distancing rules.
• Our supervisors are working onsite with trade following all hygienic measured released by WHO to stop the spread.
• Our office-based team has been dispersed with some of them working from home and anyone who is feeling unwell to stay at home strictly.
• All documentation is working inline in the same way as earlier.
• We are trying to meet the demands during the crisis as well to deliver the homes on time.
• Maintenance activities are being kept on hold to avoid trade visiting someone’s home.
