Terms & Conditions – Mega Booster Pack

1. The promoter is Singh Homes Pty Ltd ABN 72 138 208 385, 31 Longford Road Epping VIC 3076 Australia.
2. Participants must select the offer and pay an initial deposit of $4000 and complete the sales process in accordance with the standard terms provided by Singh Homes PtyLtd. Offer valid for 4 weeks or First 50 customers only, whichever comes first.
3. This promotion is valid for Victorian residents who finalise and sign off on all sales-related paperwork with Singh Homes Pty Ltd to build a new home in the state of Victoria within 7 days of paying the initial deposit.
4. This promotion cannot be used with any other running promotions.
5. This promotion can be withdrawn at any time by Singh Homes Pty Ltd.
6. This promotion is not changeable or redeemable for cash.
7. This promotion is valid for titled land only.
8. This promotion is only valid on fixed Singh Homes Plans with no changes to be accepted.
9. This promotion is only valid if loan approval is provided at Contract stage.
10. This promotion is only available for lots with 12.5- & 14-meter front.
11. 6-star energy rating is included except, if doors and windows double glazing is required as per energy report, that will be charged separately to the client.
12. Retaining walls are not included.
13. Any additional requirements requested by Developer will be charged to client.
